How to update an Assigned User List in Business Central?

When there is a new user, how does someone update the Assigned User ID List? Please refer to the screenshot below.


Here are the steps:

1. Navigate to the User Set Up and select +New action.


2. Add a new user under User ID field, specify allow posting from and fill in the rest of the fields as necessary.


3. Assigned User ID list is updated and you can select a new user ID from it.
